How Does It Work?

When your tenant purchases electricity or water online directly from National Prepaid Meters as above they will pay 9.9% (plus vat) service fee or 15%( plus vat) service fee if purchased from an Easy Pay outlet.
The landlord will be refunded within the first 7 business days of the following month.  This will be done via direct deposit into the nominated account or directly into the landlord’s municipal account. (Your choice)

Will I Get a High Bill?

Tenants can only use what they have purchased. The meters will automatically cut supply when credit runs out. This gives the landlords peace of mind!
